If you live in or near San Diego one event you don't want to miss is the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar. The Fair runs annually in June through July 4th weekend and is a great place for family fun including rides, games, concerts and every kind of fried food you can imagine! If you want to avoid parking with the masses there are lots of options for free parking and easy public transportation. The Fair continues through Sunday, July 6 (closed on Mondays), celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Beatles' first visit to the United States, sparking the British Invasion in music and pop culture, influencing even today's musicians.If you're looking for a fabulous fireworks display and a fun crowd to celebrate with, this is the place to be!
