If you live in or near San Diego one event you don't want to miss is the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar. The Fair runs annually in June through July 4th weekend and is a great place for family fun including rides, games, concerts and every kind of fried food you can imagine! If you want to avoid parking with the masses there are lots of options for free parking and easy public transportation.
