Amberly, a new development releasing single family home residences this spring, offers one and two story homes in La Costa. Built by Pulte Homes, this new housing community offers four different interior flour plans, each flour plan comes in a choice of Spanish, European Country, or Tuscan exterior styles. As I viewed this new community at a special broker's open, I was surprised to hear that the school district that services Amberly is currently Encinitas School District and San Dieguito Union School district. Many of the new communities closely located to this one belong to San Marcos, and some parents are looking to get their kids into Encinitas or San Dieguito.
The Amberly at La Costa Oaks has a very cool 'Splash' community pool and is located near the best Carlsbad Golf Courses such as Aviara Golf Club and Aviara Golf Club. The community fits well for commuters to San Diego, being just 35 miles north of the city.
